I woke up this morning to a beautiful October sky at about 7 am.
This month is Pro-Touch Awareness month and National Pro-Touch Massage Day was on 1st October. It is also World Mental Health Day on 10th October.
One of the things I have covered in my trainings is seeking moments to have gratitude for during each and every day. Even when life can be very difficult at times, if you can find moments where you take a pause to notice something beautiful this can help greatly with improving your mental health and wellbeing.
Next time you see a beautiful sky, if you can, take a moment to pause and admire it.
