These are not healthy per se. However, they are delicious and sometimes food is about fun too.
Dry ingredients: 4 oz of GF flour 1 tsp bicarb of soda crushed walnuts/cashews - choice - handful 8 oz caster sugar 3 eggs 4 oz butter 3 oz dark chocolate Mix dried ingredients together. Melt butter and chocolate in bain marie Add eggs to dry mix, then fold in chocolately buttery mix. Pour into a brownie pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes dependent on texture you prefer.
