Coconut yoghurt is easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • Can of full fat coconut milk (my preferred brand is Biona or Thai Kitchen as long as only ingredient is coconut milk and no additives)

  • 1 x probiotic capsule (I use doTERRA PBAssist but you can use your own favourite)

  • 1 x clean glass Kilner/Mason jar large enough to take the volume of the canned coconut milk

Method:

Use a clean glass jar and pour in the coconut milk. Stir in the probiotic capsule gently.

Cover the jar with some cheesecloth/muslin or a mesh (to stop flies and particles landing in it).

Leave for 12 hour in a cool location and then pop in the fridge.

Leave for at least another 12 hours or overnight and you will have homemade coconut yoghurt.

You can then add vanilla essence or add fruit and nuts or sprinkle on this whole food mixture.
