Health Coaching

How do you feel in your body?

It’s rare for anyone to get time to work on their nutrition and goals with a trained professional. As your Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. You cannot ignore your health. If you are struggling to make changes on your own then it's time to invest.  As well as my one-to-one health coaching, I send out a free newsletter, write a blog, keep a Facebook page and also have a recipe section on my site. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.

No one diet works for everyone. Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.  When you change what and how you eat, then everything else will change too.  I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.  To have a different result then you need to change what you are already doing and that’s where I can help you. Work with me and you will get to being your FUN self again - feeling Fantastic, Upbeat and Nourished.

My Training

I originally qualified on a 1-year course as a Healthy Eating Advisor (Dip. VTCT) at Chichester College in line with the National Occupational Standards. In 2014 I received my year-long Health Coaching qualification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, followed by an additional 6-month Immersion training and further coaching qualifications from Holistic MBA.  Drawing on this knowledge, I help you to create a completely personalised “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.  There are lots of quick fix products out there but longterm they do not work.   If you want to achieve your true potential and bring about lasting change then the benefit that I bring to you is the ability to work on a deeper level.  One-to-one coaching means I will support you in finding the rhythm you need to put good habits in place to maximise your health and to improve your wellbeing at work and at home.

During my education, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, participated in coaching circles and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.  I have covered dietary theories ranging from vegan, paleo, macrobiotics to Weston A Price.  My teachers included:

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition concepts, coaching techniques, and preventative health.  Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting habits that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.  I am there as your guide on the side so you don't have to feel alone.

Each health coaching session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as movement, love and relationships as well as career and finances. I will personally and carefully guide you as you make simple, small changes that transform your life.


I know that what and how we eat make a huge difference to our wellbeing and emotional state. If these are out of balance then we usually need some extra support.
